Sug opened the scoring on 14 minutes, five minutes later I cleared BR's goalbound effort off the line. Stuart Hancock made it 2-0 on 28 with a close range effort. Savo Grisedale hit the third just four minutes later, poking the ball past Cummins after a strong run.The Mafia hit back on 40 minutes through Danny Weatherhead with a piledriver from 30 yards which gave Paul "The Statue" Lewis no chance. But Mark Jackson, aka Cod made it 4-1 at half-time thanks to a superb 20 yard direct free-kick strike into the top corner.

In the second half, Chris Anderson pulled another goal back for the Mafia after just 5 minutes. A rare communication breakup between Roonaldo and The Statue ended with Rooney heading an own goal to make it 4-3 with a half an hour remaining.Savo grabbed his second with a cool strike to make it 5-3. Matthew Hayes hard driven effort from 15 yards made it 5-4 minutes later. The Mafia turned up the pressure when Weatherhead's shot from distance went through Lewis' hands. Anderson brought the crazy Mafioso on level terms with a superbly timed 18 yard strike low past Lewis. To make matters worse Paul Lewis twisted his knee and was unable to continue, Cod replaced him in goal. The Mafia then earned a penalty when Ryan Myers collided with my boot in the box. But Cod superbly saved Danny Weatherhead's excellent penalty kick and Waring cleared off the line. With eleven minutes remaining, Hancock scored his second to make it 7-6. But Lloyd inexplicably handled in the area under no pressure, but once again Jackson saved from Chris Anderson. Amazingly Castle Park conceded another pen when Martin "Keown" Lewis felled Myers, Myers himself stepped up but for the THIRD time Jackson saved.
With just two minutes left, Rooney broke clear and coolly despatched the ball past Cummins for the winner. The final score being 8-6 to Castle Park.
